The Ambassador of Lebanon Mr. Jean Makaron is delighted to announce that he received at the residence of the Embassy on Saturday 1st October, 2016, more than 40 distinguished Lebanese students who are studying at different universities in Yerevan.
The guest of honor was the great composer Mr. Tigran Mansuryan who gave a talk about his success and childhood in Lebanon and interacted with the students in a very positive way. Lebanese businessmen attended the meeting, namely Mr. Raffi Semerdjian, Mr. Nicolas Abou Faysal, Mr. Vatche Pilibossian and Mr. Shant Torikian.
The Ambassador of Lebanon presented to Mr. Mansuryan a symbolic gift and he quoted the Greek philosopher Diogenes who said, “The foundation of every State is the education of its youth”. The guests enjoyed Lebanese food and the warm atmosphere.
